It holds -10°F to 0°F behind a self-closing, lockable stainless steel door, with 3 adjustable shelves inside. Clean the condenser coil regularly: the warranty does not cover failures caused by a dirty condenser or missing maintenance. Door gaskets are wear items.

No. Serv-Ware designs it for commercial indoor use in a climate-controlled room, and the warranty excludes residential use.
