The Serv-Ware SGR-6B is a 36" gas restaurant range for restaurants, diners and institutional kitchens. It has 6 open burners at 30,000 BTU each under removable 12" x 12" heavy duty cast grates, and a standard oven with a 31,000 BTU U-shaped burner that runs from 250°F to 550°F and takes a full-size sheet pan side-to-side or front-to-back. It is built for natural gas, ships with an LP conversion kit, and carries cETLus and ETL Sanitation marks.

Does it run on propane?
It is built for natural gas and comes with an LP conversion kit. Have a qualified gas technician convert it; LP runs at 10" W.C. and natural gas at 4" W.C.
What gas connection does it need?
A 3/4" gas line. Total input is 211,000 BTU/hr, so size the gas supply for that load.
Will a full-size sheet pan fit in the oven?
Yes. A full-size sheet pan fits side-to-side or front-to-back, and the thermostat runs from 250°F to 550°F.
Will it fit through my door?
The range is 36" wide, 32.6" deep and 60" high to the top of the high shelf, and ships at 490 lbs. Measure every doorway and turn; its smallest outside dimension is the 32.6" depth.
Do I need a hood?
Commercial gas ranges are installed under a ventilation hood in most jurisdictions. Check with your local code official and installer.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware covers parts and labor on the entire unit for 1 year from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), in the United States and for commercial use only. Labor must be done by a qualified gas appliance service company accepted by Serv-Ware.
