The Serv-Ware SGR-10B is a 60" gas restaurant range for busy restaurants, diners and banquet kitchens. It has ten 30,000 BTU open burners under removable 12" x 12" heavy duty cast grates and two ovens with 31,000 BTU U-shaped burners, each taking a full-size sheet pan side-to-side or front-to-back. It is built for natural gas and ships with an LP conversion kit, and it is ETL Sanitation and cETLus listed.

Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 32.6" depth. Plan for a 3/4" gas connection and a ventilation hood as your local code requires. Serv-Ware does not publish clearances to combustible walls on the spec sheet.
Ten 30,000 BTU burners
Ten open burners with covered pilots and burner covers that keep spills from clogging them.
Two ovens, 250°F to 550°F
Each oven has a 31,000 BTU U-shaped burner, porcelain door liner and oven bottom, and takes a full-size sheet pan either way. Serv-Ware lists 2 oven racks and 4 rack positions.

Questions buyers ask
Does it run on propane?
It is built for natural gas and comes with an LP conversion kit. Have a qualified gas technician convert it; LP runs at 10" W.C. and natural gas at 4" W.C.
What gas connection does it need?
A 3/4" gas line. Total input is 362,000 BTU/hr (ten 30,000 BTU burners plus two 31,000 BTU ovens), so size the gas supply for that load.
Will a full-size sheet pan fit in the ovens?
Yes. A full-size sheet pan fits side-to-side or front-to-back, and the thermostat runs from 250°F to 550°F.
Will it fit through my door?
The range is 60" wide, 32.6" deep and 60" high to the top of the high shelf, and ships at 815 lbs. Measure every doorway and turn; its smallest outside dimension is the 32.6" depth.
Do I need a hood?
Commercial gas ranges are installed under a ventilation hood in most jurisdictions. Check with your local code official and installer.
Is it NSF or ETL listed?
The spec sheet carries the ETL Sanitation and cETLus marks (Intertek).
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware covers parts and labor on the entire unit for 1 year from installation (up to 18 months from shipment), in the United States and for commercial use only. Labor must be done by a qualified gas appliance service company accepted by Serv-Ware.
