The UNOX XAMA-01NS-MCDS SPEED.Compact ECO combines microwaves with hot airflow to reheat and finish baked goods, snacks and leavened items fast. It is 16-11/16" wide, plugs into a 208V or 240V NEMA 6-15P receptacle, and needs no water line. Unox says it was tested and approved by Intertek for ventless operation under UL 710B and EPA 202, for all foods except fatty raw proteins, so cafes, convenience stores and bars can usually run it without a hood.
