The Fagor QVR-3-N is a 3-door reach-in refrigerator for restaurants, delis, cafes and catering kitchens. It gives 76 cu. ft. of storage on 9 adjustable shelves that also take 18" x 26" sheet pans, and Fagor designs it to hold 33°F to 38°F even in 100°F kitchens. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug, draws 7.5 amps and rolls on 4" casters.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 31-1/8" depth. Plan for the full height on casters, and allow 6" more if you add the optional legs.

9 epoxy-coated wire shelves on aluminum pilasters adjust in 1/2" steps and accept 18" x 26" sheet pans.
