The True STG2RRT89-2S-2S-HC is a 68" wide, 2-section roll-thru refrigerator from True's Spec Series, with 2 solid doors on the front and 2 solid doors on the rear. Its top-mounted R290 system holds 33°F to 38°F and keeps the evaporator out of the food zone. It accepts roll-in racks with inboard castors up to 27"L x 29"D x 72"H (racks supplied by others). It plugs into a dedicated 115V, 15 amp outlet with the included NEMA 5-15P cord.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 37-1/2" cabinet depth.
A factory-balanced, self-contained system holds 33°F to 38°F, with an exterior digital temperature display.
True uses natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a 0.02 global warming potential, in a TXV expansion valve system.
Takes racks up to 27"L x 29"D x 72"H with inboard castors. 4 heavy-gauge stainless steel ramps (one per door) are included; interior bumpers protect the walls from carts.
