The CMA Dishmachines UC50E is a high-temperature undercounter dishwasher for commercial foodservice operations. This hardwired unit operates on 208/230 volts, 60 Hz, single-phase power and draws 28–30 amps. It has a 3/4 hp motor and includes a booster heater.
Built-in detergent and rinse chemical pumps are included. The UC50E uses 0.8 gallons of water per rack and has a 3/4-inch water inlet connection. Made in America, it is suited to kitchens requiring an undercounter dishwasher with integrated chemical pumping.
