A chemical sanitizing undercounter dishwasher that runs on a 120V, 20 A circuit.
The Hobart LXnCB-3 is an LXnCB chemical sanitizing undercounter dishwasher that washes up to 34 racks per hour (Normal 34 / Heavy 15) on 0.62 gallons of water per cycle. It sanitizes with chemical sanitizer (6% or 8.4% sodium hypochlorite) on a hot water supply, with pumps for detergent, rinse aid and sanitizer. A 17" door opening, color touchscreen with Wi-Fi and the SmartConnect app make it easy to run and monitor.
Allow the 9" minimum chemical container clearance shown on the Hobart drawing, and service clearance to slide the unit forward.
Cycle times of 103 / 233 seconds give Normal 34 / Heavy 15 racks per hour on 0.62 gallons per cycle.
Pumps with auto-prime feed detergent, rinse aid and sanitizer. Use only 6% or 8.4% sodium hypochlorite as the sanitizer.

Hot water, 120°F minimum required, 140°F recommended, at 15-65 PSIG flowing pressure, through the 6 ft. hose with a 3/4" female garden hose fitting. A pressure regulating valve is needed above 65 PSIG.
Hobart notes a vent hood is not recommended above the undercounter dishmachine because it does not produce excessive vapors. Use moisture-resistant materials next to it.
The machine is 23-15/16" wide, 25-9/16" deep and 33-1/4" high. Vertical dimensions can change slightly with the adjustable feet.
Up to 34 racks per hour: Normal 34 / Heavy 15. The optional two-level rack kit boosts capacity up to 48 racks per hour.
Use only 6% or 8.4% sodium hypochlorite (liquid bleach). Do not premix chemicals with bleach, and note that silver plate, aluminum and pewter are attacked by bleach.
