A high-temperature undercounter dishwasher for bars, cafes and small kitchens.
The Hobart LXnH-5 is an LXnH high temperature undercounter dishwasher that washes up to 32 racks per hour (Light 32 / Normal 15) on 0.62 gallons of water per cycle. It runs on a 110°F hot water supply, and its Sense-A-Temp 70°F rise booster heats the final rinse to 180°F. A 17" door opening, color touchscreen with Wi-Fi and the SmartConnect app make it easy to run and monitor.
Allow the 9" minimum chemical container clearance shown on the Hobart drawing, and service clearance to slide the unit forward.
Cycle times of 108 / 238 seconds give Light 32 / Normal 15 racks per hour on 0.62 gallons per cycle.
The Sense-A-Temp 70°F rise electric booster heats incoming 110°F water to a 180°F sanitizing rinse.
Color touchscreen with temperature and chemical alerts, diagnostics, and the SmartConnect app for machine status, temperature logs and error codes.
AutoClean washes down the inside of the machine at shutdown, and delime notification with cycle reminds staff when to delime.
Stainless steel construction with a deep drawn stainless steel wash tank and interchangeable upper and lower wash and rinse arms.

Hot water, 110°F minimum, at 15-65 PSIG flowing pressure, through the 6 ft. hose with a 3/4" female garden hose fitting. A pressure regulating valve is needed above 65 PSIG.
Hobart notes a vent hood is not recommended above the undercounter dishmachine because it does not produce excessive vapors. Use moisture-resistant materials next to it.
The machine is 23-15/16" wide, 25-9/16" deep and 33-1/4" high. Vertical dimensions can change slightly with the adjustable feet.
