A ventless high-temperature undercounter dishwasher that runs on cold water and keeps steam out of the room.
The Hobart LXnR-6 is an LXnR Advansys ventless high temperature undercounter dishwasher that washes up to 30 racks per hour (Light 30 / Normal 24 / Heavy 13) on 0.62 gallons of water per cycle. Its Advansys steam elimination and energy recovery system runs on a cold water supply and condenses steam, and a Sense-A-Temp 70°F rise booster delivers the 180°F final rinse. A 17" door opening, color touchscreen with Wi-Fi and the SmartConnect app make it easy to run and monitor.
Allow the 9" minimum chemical container clearance shown on the Hobart drawing, and service clearance to slide the unit forward.
Cycle times of 119 / 148 / 278 seconds give Light 30 / Normal 24 / Heavy 13 racks per hour on 0.62 gallons per cycle.
