KoolMore KM-UCD-H1 24" High-Temp Undercounter Commercial Dishwasher, 20 Racks/Hour, 185°F Final Rinse, Stainless Steel, 240V
A compact high-temp dishwasher that sanitizes with a 185°F final rinse and fits under a bar or counter.
Made for bars, cafés and small restaurants that need fast, sanitized dishes without a full dish room. The KM-UCD-H1 washes at 160°F, rinses at 185°F, runs 120- or 180-second cycles and uses about 0.74 gallons per cycle. It is hardwired to 240V.
Plan for a licensed electrician and plumber: the manual requires a hardwired dedicated circuit, an accessible shut-off valve and a commercial detergent dispensing system.
The wash tank runs at 160°F and the final rinse at 185°F, both factory set.
Choose a 120- or 180-second cycle; Koolmore rates it at up to 20 racks per hour.
About 0.74 gallons per cycle, with a built-in rinse aid dispenser and a push-button drain pump.

High-temp. Koolmore sets the wash to 160°F and the final rinse to 185°F. It still needs a commercial detergent dispensing system; the rinse aid dispenser is built in.
240V, 60 Hz, single phase, 30.1 A and 7,090 W. It must be hardwired to a dedicated circuit with overcurrent protection and an accessible disconnect; Koolmore says not to use a cord or GFCI receptacle.
Hot water at 140 to 150°F, 30 to 60 PSI static (install a regulator above 60 PSI) and at least 2.6 GPM, through a 0.75" connection with a shut-off valve nearby.
Up to 20 racks per hour with 120- or 180-second cycles, using about 0.74 gallons of water per cycle.
Racks are 20" x 20". Koolmore lists plates up to 13.5" across and cups up to 12.5" tall; 3 racks come with it (cutlery basket, flatware and glass).
Clean the filters during the day, drain the tank with the drain button at closing and clean the filter under running water. Koolmore recommends a technician inspection once or twice a year.
Koolmore lists a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
