The Cookline CF75-LP is a floor fryer for restaurants, takeouts, bars and food halls that fry fries, wings and fish all day. 5 cast iron tube burners at 30,000 BTU each (150,000 BTU) heat a 75 lb. stainless steel pot with a cold zone, and the thermostat runs from 200°F to 400°F with a 450°F high limit. It runs on liquid propane through a 3/4" rear inlet, uses a standing pilot, and rolls on casters.

Questions buyers ask
Can I use it on natural gas?
No. This is the liquid propane model; the spec sheet says LP fryers are not to be used with natural gas. For natural gas, order the CF75-NG. Check the data plate inside the door before connecting.
What gas hookup does it need?
A 3/4" NPT connection at the lower rear, with a shut-off valve ahead of the fryer. The manual sets the pressure at 10" W.C. for liquid propane; supply above 1/2 PSI needs an extra regulator. The supply line must be at least 1/2" iron pipe, or 3/4" with a quick-disconnect hose.
Does it need electricity?
The spec sheet lists no electrical connection: the fryer runs on a standing pilot and a millivolt gas valve.
How much space and ventilation does it need?
It is 21.1" wide, 30.1" deep and 47" high. Keep 6" from combustible walls at the sides and back (0" from non-combustible), and 16" from open-top flame units. It belongs under a hood that extends 6" past each side, with 18" between the flue and the hood filters.
How do I install it on casters?
The manual requires a flexible gas connector for movable appliances with a quick-disconnect, plus a restraint attached at the back panel so the gas line is never strained. The connector is not supplied with the fryer.
What oil can I use?
Liquid shortening only, filled between the MIN and MAX lines. The manual says solid shortening must not be used and voids the warranty. It lists 65-70 lb. of shortening for this size.
What does the warranty cover?
USR Brands covers Cookline gas cooking equipment for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Gas connections must be made by a qualified installer, and food truck or farm installs are parts only.
Can it ship to California or other western states?
The Cookline warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
