The Cookline CPO-1-DBL is a double deck electric pizza and bakery oven for pizzerias, bars, cafes and convenience stores that want deck-style pizza without a gas line. Each 19.91" x 17.91" chamber has a 1/2" cordierite stone, top and bottom elements and a glass door, and the thermostat runs from 158°F to 840°F. It ships as two ovens stacked with the included stacking kit, each on 120V with a NEMA 5-15P plug and sits on a 27.95" wide counter.
