A countertop conveyor oven that bakes pizzas up to 14" with no oven skills needed.
The Cookline OV14 suits pizzerias, bars, cafes and concession stands. Four infrared elements, top and bottom on separate controls, bake on a 13.7" belt with 7 speed settings from 158°F to 500°F. It plugs into a 240V NEMA 6-20P receptacle at 3,600 W.
7 belt speeds give the same bake every time.
2 top and 2 bottom infrared elements on separate controls.
Removable crumb tray and detachable feeding tray.
A 240V NEMA 6-20R receptacle. It draws 15 A (3,600 W).
Up to 14" on the 13.7" belt; the cooking chamber opening is 3.15" high. Cookline rates it at about 16 pizzas of 14", 19 of 12" or 25 of 9" per hour.
Anything that fits through the 3.15" opening and cooks on a moving belt, such as flatbreads, melts and toasted sandwiches. Set the belt speed and top and bottom heat separately.
41" wide, 20.6" deep and 19" high. Leave room at both ends for loading and unloading.
