Federal Industries CGR7748CD 77" Curved Glass Refrigerated Deli Case
The Federal Industries CGR7748CD is a 77" curved glass refrigerated deli case that maintains an average case temperature of 36°F to 38°F. It measures 77-1/8" W x 35-5/16" D x 48" H including end panels and an adjustable lighted stainless steel mezzanine shelf, and suits delis, grocery stores, butcher shops and specialty food counters.
Display & Access
Tempered thermopane curved front glass tilts out for easy cleaning. The ends and doors are tempered thermopane glass, and black trim frames the case. Removable sliding rear doors open to the shelf, and the shelf light, shelf supports and shelf are removable too. A removable rear wrapping board comes with the case. The white display deck is removable, scratch-resistant and rustproof. Federal designed it for continuous line-ups without middle end glass.
Mezzanine Shelf & Lighting
A full-length stainless steel lighted mezzanine shelf adjusts up and down and tilts to three positions. A 3000K LED top light and shelf lights illuminate the case; they are DLC certified and IP66 rated. The light switch is easy to reach.
Self-Contained Refrigeration
A condensate evaporator makes it a totally self-contained system. An oversized coil and a low-velocity fan system keep humidity high, which helps maintain product freshness. The insulated evaporator coil compartment is rustproof and easy to clean. A condenser air filter protects the coil, and the refrigeration system is reached from the rear for quick service. A thermometer and an adjustable temperature control let staff check and set the temperature. It runs on R-513A refrigerant, and remote refrigeration is available as an option.
Power, Base & Certifications
The steel base comes in a choice of six standard laminate finishes, with other finishes optional, and it stands on adjustable leg levelers. The self-contained unit runs on 120V and draws 15.4 amps, and it is permanently connected; a cord and plug is available as an option. Federal lists its capacity as six step risers. Shipping weight is 870 lbs. The case is UL Safety and UL Sanitation listed.
Options & Accessories
Options listed on the spec sheet include reflective ends, reflective rear doors, a special base finish, an additional mezzanine shelf, legs, a white top cutting board, and a package shelf. A joining kit links cases in a continuous line-up.
