The Atlantic Fargo VFA45G-8 is a remote gravity coil service case for butcher counters, delis and seafood departments. It is 8'-5" (101") long, 45" deep and 57" tall. A gravity coil cools the display from above without blowing air across the product, and a low-speed fan coil cools the base storage. Product holds at an adjustable 30°F to 41°F.

Gravity coil display
Cold air falls gently from the gravity coil, so meat and seafood dry out less than in a fan-forced case.
Cold storage below
A low-speed fan coil cools the base storage, so back-up product stays next to the display.

304 stainless steel on every food-contact surface, tempered glass and a heavy-duty structure.

Questions buyers ask
Does it have its own compressor?
No. It is a remote case: it connects to a separate condensing unit or rack through 5/8 suction and 3/8 liquid lines. The case load is 8,185 BTU/h at a 23°F evaporator temperature with R404A. The solenoid valve is not included.
What power does the case need?
120V, 1-phase at 1.7 amps for the fans, lights and controls. The compressor is powered at the remote system.
What temperature does it hold?
An adjustable 30°F to 41°F, set on the digital thermostat.
Why a gravity coil?
The gravity coil cools by letting cold air fall over the product instead of blowing it, which helps fresh meat and seafood keep their moisture. A low-speed fan coil cools the base storage.
Will it fit through my door?
The case is 101" L × 45" D × 57" H (the drawing shows 58" overall). Its smallest dimension is the 45" depth, so measure every doorway and turn before ordering.
What store conditions does it need?
The manufacturer rates these cases for stores at or below 77°F and 60% relative humidity. Warmer or more humid stores make the case work harder.
