A heavy-duty handheld power whisk for whipping cream, egg whites and batters in batches up to 5 gallons.
The Dynamic FT97 Master Whisk (model FT001.1) drives 10" stainless steel whisks with a 460 W motor and variable speed up to 900 RPM. Bakeries, pastry kitchens, caterers and banquet kitchens use it to whip cream and meringue or mix batters in the pot or bowl, up to 5 gallons at a time. The whisks eject for cleaning. This is the 115V model.
Dynamic does not publish the plug type. As a 115V model it is meant for a standard US outlet; call us if you need the plug confirmed.

The whisks eject from the head so you can wash them separately. Wipe the motor housing with a damp sponge or cloth; never use a water jet or the dishwasher on the motor.
The spec sheet carries the ETL Listed mark (conforms to UL 763), the ETL Sanitation mark (conforms to NSF 8) and CE.
Dynamic covers its electric products for 1 year, parts and labor, as a carry-in (bench) warranty; normal wear-and-tear parts are excluded. Dynamic USA or an authorized service center does the repair: you pay the freight to the service center and Dynamic pays the return freight on a warranty repair.
