The Dynamic Junior Whisk (model FT005.1) is a 115V, 200 W hand mixer with a 7" whisk and variable speed up to 2,000 RPM. Pastry shops, bakeries and restaurant kitchens use it to whip egg whites and cream or mix batters in batches of up to 1.25 gallons without moving the bowl to a stand mixer.
Dynamic does not publish the plug type. As a 115V model it is meant for a standard US outlet; call us if you need the plug confirmed.

Dynamic's instructions: rinse the whisk under the faucet, then run it in clean water for 3 seconds or more. Wipe the motor housing with a damp sponge or cloth; never use a water jet or the dishwasher.
The spec sheet carries the ETL Listed mark (conforms to UL 763), the ETL Sanitation mark (conforms to NSF 8) and CE.
Dynamic covers its electric products for 1 year, parts and labor, as a carry-in (bench) warranty; normal wear-and-tear parts are excluded. Dynamic USA or an authorized service center does the repair: you pay the freight to the service center and Dynamic pays the return freight on a warranty repair.
