An open two-shelf infrared toaster oven for fast melting, toasting and warming at the counter.
The Equipex BAR-200 is an open-style countertop toaster oven with (2) 13.75" x 9.75" shelves for melting, warming and toasting. Top and bottom infrared quartz elements reach high intensity in 20 to 25 seconds, and a selector switch runs the top, the bottom or both. Because there is no door, staff can move sandwiches, bagels and pastries in and out continuously. A 15-minute timer with a continuous mode, a crumb tray and heat-resistant removable rack handles come standard. It runs on 208/240V single phase at 3 kW.
It needs an 18" wide spot with 2" free on the sides and back.
