The Equipex GL3000 C is a Geoline Cheetah countertop induction cooker with a stainless steel case and a durable 4 mm vitroceramic glass top. It measures 11" W x 14-1/4" D x 4-1/4" H and has capacitive touch controls with 20 power levels and a timer. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 13/15 A, with a NEMA 6-20P plug. Induction heats only the pan, so the area around it stays cooler. Use induction-ready, magnetic cookware.

Capacitive touch panel with on/off, 20 power levels and a timer; a mode button switches the display between power level and timer.
The unit only heats when it detects an induction-ready pan, with empty pan security and automatic overheating protection.
Equipex rates its induction over 90% efficient; heat goes into the pan, not the room.
Flat glass top and sealed controls wipe clean, and a removable grease filter protects the air intake.

Flat-bottom, induction-ready pans. If a magnet sticks to the bottom, it works. Equipex recommends multi-ply 3, 5 or 7 ply pans; cast iron generally works.
