A drop-in induction unit that cooks or holds food on a buffet or display line, set flush in a 14-inch square cutout.
The Equipex GL3000DIR is a Geoline Leo drop-in induction cooker for buffet use, with a stainless steel case, a 4 mm vitroceramic glass top and a 7-1/2" coil for warming or cooking. It is controlled from a separate remote control panel on a 5' wire harness, mounted in the counter apron, with 20 power levels and a 99-minute timer. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 13/15 A, with a NEMA 6-20P plug. Use induction-ready, magnetic pans or chafing dishes.
Plan where the remote panel goes in the counter apron; it must be within the 5' harness of the unit.
The 7-1/2" coil drops into a 14" x 14" cutout for warming or cooking on a buffet or display counter.

Two fans and a removable grease filter keep the unit cool for all-day service.
Pan detection, power supply monitor, empty pan security, overheating protection and small article protection. Cooking models add high-temperature control for stir fry and saute and low-temperature control for sauces.
An integral stainless steel flush-mount top frame finishes the cutout edge.
14" W x 14" D. The unit is 16-3/8" square and 6-3/4" tall with its frame; leave 6" of ventilated space below.
A grounded 208/240V single-phase receptacle for the NEMA 6-20P plug on a dedicated circuit; it draws 13/15 A at 3.0 kW.
On a separate remote panel connected by a 5' wire harness. It fits a 6-7/16" x 1-3/4" cutout in the counter apron.
Induction-ready, ferromagnetic pans and chafing dishes. If a magnet sticks to the bottom, it works.
Equipex gives a limited two-year parts and labor warranty on its induction products, counted from shipment by Equipex.
