Equipex GLW3500 Liger Countertop Induction Wok, Single Zone, 3.5 kW, 208/240V 1-Ph, NEMA L6-30P
A countertop induction wok for display cooking and stir fry that plugs in where a gas wok range cannot go.
The Equipex GLW3500 Liger is an Adventys Geoline countertop induction wok cooker in a stainless steel casing. Its 11" curved coil sits under 6 mm heavy-duty vitroceramic glass formed to an 11-3/4" (30 cm) opening that takes a 14-1/8" (36 cm) wok, with uniform heat at the bottom and sides. A stainless steel edge frame protects the glass and the pan. Capacitive touch controls give 20 power levels and a 99-minute timer, and it plugs into a 208/240V single-phase NEMA L6-30 receptacle.
Check for a NEMA L6-30 locking receptacle on a dedicated 208/240V circuit near the counter before it arrives.
