Equipex MISTRAL-X Countertop Ventless Hood with Ansul Fire Suppression Pre-Piping, UL 710B, 120V Hood
Description
A countertop ventless hood with Ansul fire suppression pre-piping, so you can run cooking appliances up to 7000 W away from the kitchen hood.
The Equipex MISTRAL-X is the SA Vent model built to UL 710B for recirculating systems. It comes with chrome-plated Ansul pre-piping and appliance-specific nozzles, an internal fire damper with fusible link, and three-stage filtration that captures air at the front and returns it on the left side. The appliance plugs into a built-in receptacle on the hood, and the hood shuts the appliance down if airflow drops below UL 710B levels. Your local certified Ansul technician completes the fire system.

UL 710B with fire pre-piping
Chrome-plated Ansul pre-piping with appliance-specific nozzles, plenum and surface protection, two fusible link holders and an internal fire damper.
Plug-and-play receptacle
The appliance plugs into the hood (up to 50 A, single phase), so no extra electrical field work is needed.
Airflow monitoring
If airflow falls below UL 710B levels, the hood and the attached appliance shut off and a red light signals that the filters need changing.
Three-stage filtration
Grease, particulate and carbon filters with capture at the front and return air on the left side; no tempered make-up air needed.
Easy to keep clean
Filters come out without tools, the sides are removable for cleaning, and a surface light shows the cooking area.
