Equipex OCTOPUS 3500 Kitchen-in-a-Box 2-Zone Countertop Induction Cooker, 3.5 kW, 208/240V

The Equipex OCTOPUS 3500 is a kitchen-in-a-box countertop induction cooker with two zones and capacitive touch controls. Each zone can run in power level, temperature (Celsius), plancha or grooved grill mode, and power can be split between the zones up to 3,400 W together or 3,000 W on one side. It comes with removable flat and ribbed cast iron plates, a wood cutting board, splash shields and covers, side shelves, a spatula and tongs. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 15/17 A, with a NEMA L6-30P plug.
Allow about 38" of counter width with both side shelves out, plus 4" clearance at each side.
Power level, temperature in Celsius, plancha and grooved grill modes are set from the touch panel for each zone.
Both zones together draw up to 3,400 W, or one side alone up to 3,000 W; for example 2,000 W on one zone and 1,400 W on the other.
Removable flat and ribbed cast iron plates sit on the zones for grilling or griddling in front of guests.
A 13" x 9-5/8" wood cutting board, two removable stainless steel side shelves and an accessory storage compartment keep the station self-contained.
Two removable splash shields protect the counter while cooking, and two covers close the zones afterward.
Automatic pan detection, power supply monitor, empty pan security and overheating protection; a removable, washable grease filter.

A grounded 208/240V single-phase receptacle for the NEMA L6-30P twist-lock plug, on a dedicated circuit. It draws 15/17 A at 3.5 kW.
24" W x 16-1/4" D x 6-7/8" H, about 38" wide with the shelves out. Leave 4" at each side and the rear.
Equipex gives a limited two-year parts and labor warranty on its induction products, counted from shipment by Equipex.
