The Equipex PSE-600/1 is a 24" wide countertop electric griddle by Roller Grill with a one-piece 23" x 14.5" fine-grain cast iron cooking plate and integral rear and side splashes. Each of the two zones has its own thermostat up to 570°F, an on/off switch and pilot and temperature lights. The fine-grain cast iron plate gives even heating across the surface. It runs on 120V, 1.8 kW, with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
