The Equipex PSI-600 is a 24" wide countertop electric griddle by Roller Grill with a one-piece 24" x 18" stainless steel cooking plate and integral rear and side splashes. Each of the two zones has its own thermostat up to 570°F, an on/off switch and pilot and temperature lights. The one-piece stainless steel plate resists corrosion and is easy to clean. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 3.5 kW, with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
