The Equipex PSS-600 is a 24" wide countertop electric griddle by Roller Grill with a one-piece 23" x 15" satin cold-rolled steel cooking plate and integral rear and side splashes. Each of the two zones has its own thermostat up to 570°F, an on/off switch and pilot and temperature lights. The satin-finished cold-rolled steel plate heats fast; Equipex calls these models planchas. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 4 kW, with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
