A front-loading glass rotisserie that roasts 9-12 chickens in full view of your customers.
The Equipex RBE-12 is a countertop electric rotisserie with 3 spits that hold up to 4 standard chickens each. Infrared quartz elements roast while tinted tempered safety glass doors and an interior lamp put the product on display. A water bath drip pan quenches drippings for nearly smokeless running and easy cleanup. It runs on 208/240V three phase at 6.6 kW and comes with a cord with no plug, for a three-phase connection.
Have an electrician ready to connect the cord to a 208/240V three-phase supply.
Infrared quartz elements give crisp, juicy roasting. Each zone has a 4-position control: off, rotation only, half power or full power.
The U-shaped spits hold up to 4 standard chickens each and turn the birds without extra forks. Spit forks for removing the spits are provided.
Tinted tempered safety glass doors and a lamp at the top of the cabinet show the roasting process to customers.
Fill the removable tray 2/3 full of water to quench drippings, cut smoke and make cleanup easier.
The bottom drip tray, back panel, quartz tube grids and spits come out for cleaning.
3 spits hold up to 4 standard chickens each, 9-12 birds per load.
Equipex lists a typical roasting time of 50 to 75 minutes on full power for a 2-1/2 lb. chicken.

The water-filled drip pan keeps it nearly smokeless and odorless, but Equipex recommends checking ventilation requirements with your local inspector.
