A fully panoramic pass-through rotisserie that roasts up to 25 chickens on a rotating 5-basket carousel.
The Equipex RBE-25 is a pass-through, fully panoramic electric rotisserie for supermarkets, delis and busy foodservice counters. A rotating carousel carries five roasting baskets, supplied with the unit, for 12 to 25 birds per load. Two top-mounted infrared quartz elements and two door-mounted sheathed elements cook, and a halogen lamp lights the chamber. A 10-position thermostat, 120-minute timer and front thermometer control the roast. It is wired to a 208/240V three-phase supply at 9.5 kW.
Plan for an electrician to wire it to a 208/240V three-phase junction box. Equipex offers it on legs for the counter or mounted on a warmer, sold separately.
The carousel holds five roasting baskets, supplied, or optional chicken spits. An optional heavy-duty lamb spit replaces the carousel for a whole rack of lamb.
Top infrared quartz elements and door-mounted sheathed elements. A 4-position switch selects off, rotation only, quartz warming, or full cooking.
A 10-position thermostat, 120-minute timer and front-mounted thermometer let staff set and watch the roast.
The pass-through design with tinted tempered safety glass and a halogen lamp shows the product from both sides.
Fill the removable tray 2/3 full of water to quench drippings and cut smoke. Baskets, carousel, tray and insert come out for cleaning.
Five rotating baskets hold 12 to 25 birds, depending on size. Equipex says each basket takes about 5 standard chickens.
Equipex lists 90 to 105 minutes on full power for a full load of standard chickens, at about 340°F, between thermostat positions 5 and 6.
208/240V three phase, 9.5 kW, 25/29 amps. It is cord only and must be wired to a grounded junction box.

The water-filled drip pan keeps it nearly smokeless and odorless, but Equipex recommends checking ventilation requirements with your local inspector.
