The Equipex RE-2 Turbo Vision is a Sodir/Roller Grill pass-through warming cabinet for holding cooked chicken and meats at serving temperature. A top-mounted sheathed element and blower fan circulate heat through a stainless steel cabinet with tinted tempered glass, and a thermostat holds up to 200°F with a 120-minute timer. Ten removable wire racks hold up to 40 standard chickens, and an interior lamp lights the display. It rolls on four locking casters, runs on 208/240V single phase, 10/12 A, with a NEMA 6-15P plug, and Equipex's RBE 25 rotisserie can sit on top.
