The Equipex RF12SP Mighty Max is a countertop electric fryer by Roller Grill with a 25 lb. oil capacity and 1 or 2 baskets. Equipex rates it at up to 50 lb. of fresh fries per hour. The thermostat reaches 390°F, a built-in safety thermostat guards against overheating, and a cold zone under the element lets crumbs settle. The oil container and element assembly come apart for cleaning, and a night cover keeps the oil clean. It runs on 208/240V single phase, 6.5 kW, with a NEMA 6-50P plug.
Have a dedicated circuit with a NEMA 6-50R receptacle ready, and check local code for hood requirements over a fryer.
6.5 kW heats 25 lb. of oil to frying temperature; Equipex allows 10 to 18 minutes to preheat, depending on voltage.
A cool zone under the element lets food bits settle so they do not burn in the oil.
A built-in safety thermostat and safety interlock switches stop it from running when parts are not in place.
The fryer base, oil container, basket and lid are dishwasher safe; wipe the element assembly with a damp cloth.
The included night cover keeps the oil clean when the fryer is not in use. Baskets have heat-resistant handles.
