A 32-inch fixed-top quartz salamander with an adjustable shelf for broiling, melting and plate finishing.
The Equipex SEF-80Q is a 32" countertop finishing oven with a fixed top and an adjustable intermediate wire shelf. Infrared quartz elements in two zones reach about 635°F, and each zone has a rotary switch that runs all of its elements, the outside pair or the inside pair, for full or partial power. A pull-out bottom pan with a removable wire rack catches drippings. It comes with 4" legs and can also be wall mounted with an optional kit. It runs on 208/240V three phase at 5 kW.
Have an electrician ready to connect the cord to a 208/240V three-phase supply.
Set the heated wire shelf at the height you need under the fixed top to control broiling and finishing speed.
Two rotary switches each select all elements, the two outside or the two inside elements in their zone, with red power lights.

The pan slides out on two rails with a removable wire rack. Keep a little water in it to stop drippings from smoking.
