A full-size countertop warming showcase that holds 4 half-size or 2 full-size sheet pans of baked goods at a set temperature, lit and in full view.
The Equipex WD780B-2 is the black 2-shelf model of the full-size warming display line. A ventilated fire stone heating system with an electronic thermostat holds 68 to 194°F, and a water container adds humidity. Hinged glass doors on the server side open to 180°, and the front and sides are fixed glass. An LED lighting system (6500 K) lights the food.
