Everest EGSH4 49-5/8" Two Section Commercial Reach-In Refrigerator, 4 Glass & Solid Half Doors, Top Mount
The Everest EGSH4 is a two-section commercial reach-in refrigerator with two glass and two solid half doors, 48 cu. ft. of storage and a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. The cabinet measures 49-5/8" wide, 31-5/8" deep and 74-1/4" high (79-1/4" overall on its 5" casters) and runs on 115V power. This reach-in cooler suits restaurants, delis, cafeterias and catering kitchens.
Refrigeration & Temperature Control
Everest's top-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self-contained and fully detachable, so it can be replaced with no on-site brazing. It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential. ECM fan motors cool quickly on less energy, and a full-length air duct spreads cold air evenly. Defrost runs automatically on a timed, temperature-terminated cycle. A digital controller with an LED display is preset to 35°F and adjusts from 33°F to 54°F. An audible alarm warns of compressor or condenser coil overheating, and pressure relief devices make doors easy to reopen.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
Heavy-duty stainless steel lines the interior and exterior, with rounded corners, a galvanized steel top, bottom and rear and 2.5" of polyurethane insulation. Glass doors use low-E double panes in matte aluminum frames; solid doors are insulated stainless steel. Doors have frame heaters, a self-closing torsion system, snap-in magnetic gaskets and pre-installed locks. It is cETLus Sanitation listed and DOE compliant.
Storage, Lighting & Options
Eight epoxy-coated steel wire shelves sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch runs cool and bright. It rolls on four 5" swivel casters with front locks. Options include extra shelves, 3" casters and 3.5" to 6" adjustable legs.
