Everest EGSH6 74-3/4" Three Section Commercial Reach-In Refrigerator, 6 Glass & Solid Half Doors, Top Mount
The Everest EGSH6 is a three-section commercial reach-in refrigerator with three glass and three solid half doors, 71 cu. ft. of storage and a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. The cabinet measures 74-3/4" wide, 31-5/8" deep and 74-1/4" high (79-1/4" overall on its 5" casters) and runs on 115V power. It is a practical commercial fridge for delis, cafés, cafeterias and restaurant kitchens.
Refrigeration & Temperature Control
A top-mounted, self-contained and fully detachable condensing unit drives the system, with large, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils and an airflow guard that keeps cold air circulating evenly. High-performance condenser fan motors keep the compressor well ventilated, and a self-maintaining condensate pan needs no external drain or electric heater. A digital controller with an LED display is preset to 35°F and adjusts from 33°F to 54°F. Pressure relief devices make doors easy to reopen.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
Heavy-duty stainless steel lines the interior and exterior, with rounded corners, a galvanized steel top, bottom and rear and 2.5" of polyurethane insulation. Glass doors use low-E double panes in matte aluminum frames; solid doors are insulated stainless steel. Doors have frame heaters, a self-closing torsion system, snap-in magnetic gaskets and pre-installed locks. It is NSF, ETL Sanitation and ETL listed.
Storage, Lighting & Options
Twelve epoxy-coated steel wire shelves sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch runs cool and bright. It rolls on four 5" swivel casters with front locks, plus a front leg stabilizer. Options include extra shelves, 3" casters and 3.5" to 6" adjustable legs.
