Everest Refrigeration ETBR3-D2 One-Door, Two-Drawer Back-Mount Drawered Undercounter Refrigerator, 71-1/8" Wide
The Everest Refrigeration ETBR3-D2 is a one-door, two-drawer drawered undercounter refrigerator with 22 cu. ft. of storage in a 71-1/8" wide, 31-1/2" deep cabinet. It fits under a standard counter or stands on its own as a worktop refrigerator with a 16-gauge stainless steel top. It is built for restaurants, sandwich shops, bars and catering kitchens.
Blizzard R290 Refrigeration System
Cooling comes from Everest's back-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit, a self-contained, fully detachable cartridge using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, GWP of 3) that can be replaced without on-site brazing. Front air breathing lets you build it in under a counter or set it against a wall. ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air evenly, and defrost runs automatically. A self-maintaining condensate pan needs no drain line, and an auto-reverse condenser fan helps keep the coil clean.
Digital Temperature Control
A multi-function digital controller with an easy-to-read LED display ships preset to 35°F and adjusts from 33°F to 54°F. An audible alarm warns staff if the compressor or condenser coil overheats.
Heavy-Duty Drawers & Stainless Steel Construction
The interior and exterior are heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners, plus a galvanized steel bottom and rear and 2-1/2" high-density polyurethane insulation. A self-closing solid door with an adjustable torsion system sits beside two drawers. The drawers ride on thick-gauge stainless steel frames with low-friction ball bearings and seal with snap-in magnetic gaskets. They are sized for standard food pans (pans not included). Inside, two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Four 5" swivel casters (front pair locking) make it easy to roll out for cleaning. Available options include interchangeable legs (AJL03-00), a 4" stainless steel backsplash (BKSPL04-00), a 3" caster assembly (CASA3-01), and an NSF double overshelf (OS24-00).
