Everest Refrigeration ETBWR2 Two-Door Back-Mount Commercial Undercounter Refrigerator, 59-1/4" Wide
The Everest Refrigeration ETBWR2 is a two-door commercial undercounter refrigerator with 18 cu. ft. of storage in a 59-1/4" wide, 31-1/2" deep cabinet. It fits under a standard counter or stands on its own as a worktop refrigerator with a 16-gauge stainless steel top. It is built for restaurants, cafes, bars and catering kitchens.
Blizzard R290 Refrigeration System
Cooling comes from Everest's back-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit, a self-contained, fully detachable cartridge using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, GWP of 3) that can be replaced without on-site brazing. Front air breathing lets you build it in under a counter or set it against a wall. ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air evenly, and defrost runs automatically. A self-maintaining condensate pan needs no drain line, and an auto-reverse condenser fan helps keep the coil clean.
Digital Temperature Control
A multi-function digital controller with an easy-to-read LED display ships preset to 35°F and adjusts from 33°F to 54°F. An audible alarm warns staff if the compressor or condenser coil overheats.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
The interior and exterior are heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners, plus a galvanized steel bottom and rear and 2-1/2" high-density polyurethane insulation. The self-closing doors use an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal, with snap-in magnetic gaskets, recessed handles, frame heaters and pre-installed locks. Inside, four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves (two per section) sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Four 5" swivel casters (front pair locking) make it easy to roll out for cleaning. Available options include interchangeable legs (AJL03-00), a 4" stainless steel backsplash (BKSPL03-00), a 3" caster assembly (CASA3-01), and an NSF double overshelf (OS23-00).
