Everest EBF3 74-3/4" Commercial Reach-In Freezer, 3 Solid Doors, Bottom Mount
The Everest EBF3 is a commercial reach-in freezer with three solid doors, 71 cu. ft. of storage and a bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. The cabinet measures 74-3/4" wide, 33-1/8" deep and 77" high (82" overall on its 5" casters) and runs on 115V power. It is a practical commercial freezer for restaurant kitchens, institutional kitchens and catering operations.
Freezer Performance & Temperature Control
Everest's bottom-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self-contained and fully retractable and slides out for service with no on-site brazing. It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential. ECM fan motors cool quickly on less energy, and a full-length air duct spreads cold air evenly. A timed, temperature-terminated defrost heater handles defrosting automatically. A digital controller with an LED display is preset to -4°F and adjusts from -10°F to 54°F. An audible alarm warns of compressor or condenser coil overheating, and pressure relief devices make doors easy to reopen.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
Heavy-duty stainless steel lines the interior and exterior, with rounded corners, a galvanized steel top, bottom and rear and 2.5" of polyurethane insulation. The cabinet interior runs deeper for added storage. The insulated stainless steel doors have recessed handles. Doors have frame heaters, a self-closing torsion system, snap-in magnetic gaskets, pre-installed locks and field-reversible hinges. It is NSF, ETL Sanitation and ETL listed.
Storage, Lighting & Options
Nine epoxy-coated steel wire shelves sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Silicone-coated, shatter-proof LED lighting runs cool and bright. It rolls on six 5" swivel casters with front locks, plus three front leg stabilizers. Options include extra shelves, 3" casters, 3.5" to 6" adjustable legs, a left-hinged door and a sheet pan mounting rack.
