Everest ESF2 49-5/8" Commercial Reach-In Freezer, 2 Solid Doors, Top Mount
The Everest ESF2 is a commercial reach-in freezer with two solid doors, 48 cu. ft. of storage and a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. The cabinet measures 49-5/8" wide, 31-5/8" deep and 74-1/4" high (79-1/4" overall on its 5" casters) and runs on 115V power. This upright freezer suits restaurants, hotels, schools and bakeries.
Freezer Performance & Temperature Control
A top-mounted, self-contained and fully detachable condensing unit drives the system, with large, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils and an airflow guard that keeps cold air circulating evenly. High-performance condenser fan motors keep the compressor well ventilated, and a self-maintaining condensate pan needs no external drain or electric heater. A timed, temperature-terminated defrost heater handles defrosting automatically. A digital controller with an LED display is preset to -4°F and adjusts from -10°F to 54°F. Pressure relief devices make doors easy to reopen.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
Heavy-duty stainless steel lines the interior and exterior, with rounded corners, a galvanized steel top, bottom and rear and 2.5" of polyurethane insulation. The insulated stainless steel doors have recessed handles. Doors have frame heaters, a self-closing torsion system, snap-in magnetic gaskets, pre-installed locks and field-reversible hinges. It is NSF, ETL Sanitation and ETL listed.
Storage, Lighting & Options
Six epoxy-coated steel wire shelves sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Silicone-coated, shatter-proof LED lighting runs cool and bright. It rolls on four 5" swivel casters with front locks. Options include extra shelves, 3" casters, 3.5" to 6" adjustable legs and a left-hinged door.
