The Dukers DSM-41F is a 2-door glass swing door merchandiser freezer for convenience stores, delis, markets and cafés. It holds 28 cu. ft. at 0 to -8°F on 8 adjustable shelves, is 47 1/4" wide and plugs into a 115V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. A lighted sign on top and LED interior lighting keep frozen product visible.

Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the cabinet's smallest outside dimension is the 29 1/4" depth. Keep at least 1" between the cabinet and the wall, don't block the back, and keep it out of direct sunlight.

What outlet does it need?
A grounded 115V outlet that takes a NEMA 5-15P plug; Dukers recommends a dedicated circuit. Its manual lists 8.4 A rated current. Don't run it on an extension cord; Dukers' warranty excludes damage from extension cords or wrong voltage.
Will it fit through my door?
The cabinet is 47 1/4" wide, 29 1/4" deep and 80 1/4" tall on casters. Measure doors and turns on the way in, and leave room in front for the doors to open (50 1/4" total depth open).
What temperature does it hold?
0 to -8°F, set on the digital controller. It is for holding and displaying frozen packaged food, not for freezing hot food.
How many shelves does it have, and how much can they hold?
8 adjustable coated stainless steel shelves. Dukers' freezer manual says not to load more than 50 kg (about 110 lb) per shelf.
How much space does it need around it?
Dukers' manual asks for more than 1" between the cabinet and the wall, with the back not sealed in so the condenser can vent. It is not for outdoor use.
What does the warranty cover?
2 years parts and labor plus 3 more years on the compressor (5 years compressor total), from the purchase date or 24 months after shipment from Dukers, whichever comes first. Units installed in a vehicle or food truck get 12 months parts and labor. Not covered: residential use, damage from extension cords or wrong supply voltage, a dirty condenser coil, and units used in Hawaii or Alaska.
