Hatco AWD-12 Atmospheric Hot Water Dispenser, 12 Gallon Tank, 5.0 kW, 208V or 240V

The Hatco AWD-12 Atmospheric Hot Water Dispenser heats water in a 12-gallon stainless steel tank and dispenses 2, 3 or 4 quarts with one button, plus a manual dispense button for other amounts. It delivers up to 8 gallons of continuous hot water, with the setpoint adjustable from 75°F up to the 195°F factory default. The shelf lifts out so larger containers fit under the spout. Choose 208V or 240V single phase when you order, and the standard NEMA 6-30P plug or the NEMA L6-30P locking cap option.
Water over 3.0 grains per gallon of hardness must be treated and softened first; liming damage is not covered by the warranty.
Preset buttons dispense 2, 3 or 4 quarts. A manual button covers other volumes, and a program can be interrupted.
An electronic controller with digital display holds water from 75°F up to the 195°F factory setting.
The stainless steel tank supplies up to 8 gallons of continuous hot water and empties through a bottom drain.
Hatco lists a 22-minute cold start for a 60°F rise and 52 minutes for a 140°F rise. Recovery is 12 gph from 35°F to 195°F.
A low-water cut-off and high temperature limit protect the elements.

The AWD-12 is 5.0 kW, single phase, 50/60 Hz. At 208V it draws 24.0 amps and at 240V 20.8 amps. It ships with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 6-30P plug; a NEMA L6-30P locking cap is a factory option.
The tank holds 12 gallons and supplies up to 8 gallons of continuous hot water. Preset buttons pour 2, 3 or 4 quarts, and a manual button pours other amounts.
You can set it from 75°F up to the factory default of 195°F. Hatco rates recovery at 12 gallons per hour from 35°F incoming water to 195°F, and 33 gph with 140°F incoming water.
A flexible water line to the 1/4" male flare inlet at 35-80 psi, with incoming water no hotter than 140°F. A 3/4" flexible hose can run from the bottom drain to an open drain when you empty the tank.
Water over 3.0 grains per gallon of hardness must be treated. Hatco sells the AWD-FILTER cartridge, changed every 15,000 gallons; incoming water must be 100°F or less and 50-80 psi with the filter.
Hatco covers it for 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Failures caused by liming or sediment buildup are not covered.
