The Hatco Flav-R-Fresh FDWD-1-120-QS uses controlled heat and humidity to keep food fresh on display for hours, not minutes. It has one door, tempered glass sides and LED lighting. The motorized 4-tier circle rack holds up to four round pizza pans up to 15" across and stops turning when the door opens. Separate heat and humidity controls keep crisp foods crisp and moist foods moist, and the controls and water reservoir sit on top for easy reach. It runs on 120V and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15 outlet. This is the Quick-Ship stock version.
