The Hatco GR2A-84D Glo-Ray Designer Dual Infrared Strip Heater mounts two standard watt heat strips side by side on one set of 14" Designer non-adjustable stands. This listing is the 3" spacer version, which makes the unit 18" deep overall (the 3" spacer is standard). It is rated 3000 W total and is built for 120, 208 or 240V single phase, set at order. The heater has no switch of its own: you order a Hatco remote control box (RMB) separately and mount it outside the heat zone.
Measure the counter: the unit needs 87-1/2" of length, and the remote control box must sit in a cool, dry spot away from the heat.
A tubular metal-sheathed element and pre-focused reflector keep food at serving temperature longer without continuing to cook it.

The spacer sets the gap between the two heat strips. The 3" spacer is standard and gives an 18" deep unit; the 6" spacer gives 21". This listing has the 3" spacer.
