A 66-inch high watt overhead heat strip that keeps plated food hot at the pass until it goes out.
The Hatco GRAH-66 is a 66" Glo-Ray high watt strip heater that hangs over a pass-through, heated shelf or serving line. A tubular metal-sheathed element and a pre-focused reflector spread 1,560 W of infrared heat across the whole holding area, so food stays hot without drying out. It is built for 120, 208 or 240V single phase, chosen at order: 120V 13.0 A, 208V 7.5 A or 240V 6.5 A. A toggle switch on the chef's left side is standard, and the unit is hardwired through a 36" flexible metal conduit.
Measure the span: the housing is 66" long, and keep at least 3" between two strip heaters mounted side by side.
The tubular metal-sheathed element and pre-focused reflector cover the whole holding surface with 1,560 W, with no cold spots.
GRAH models are Hatco's high watt version, mounted 11" to 14" above the food; standard watt GRA models mount at 8" to 11".
A continuous extruded aluminum housing spans the full 66" without sagging, and the reflector does not blacken.
Insulation minimizes heat loss, and a protective wire guard sits under the element.
Designer colors, sneeze guards, infinite or remote controls, stands and longer leads are factory options at the time of purchase.

Yes, on 120V units with a built-in control. Hatco offers a 6 ft. cord with NEMA 5-15P (NEMA 5-20P in Canada) when the heater hangs on the chain kit or sits on C-leg or T-leg stands.
Hatco recommends 11" to 14" from the element to the food for high watt models, and at least 13-1/2" above combustible surfaces.
Yes, at the time of purchase. Hatco offers built-in or remote infinite controls (12.2 A max.) and remote control enclosures (RMB). Mount any remote box outside the heat zone.
Clear anodized aluminum is standard. Designer colors and gloss finishes are factory options at the time of purchase; non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco repairs or replaces defective parts for 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. The metal-sheathed heating element has 1 year parts and labor plus a second year parts only. Register within 90 days.
