Hatco GRCD-2PD Glo-Ray Designer Heated Display Case, Dual Shelf, 2-Pan, 32-1/2" Wide, 120V
A curved-glass countertop case that keeps hot meals-to-go at serving temperature with infrared top heat and a heated base.
The Hatco Glo-Ray Designer GRCD-2PD is the 32-1/2"-wide dual shelf model with a 2-full-size-pan bottom shelf and a stainless steel upper shelf. Pre-focused infrared heat from above aims at the outer edges, where heat loss is greatest, while a thermostatically controlled heated base warms from below. Staff serve through two sliding rear doors, and the curved front glass tilts forward for cleaning. It runs on 120V and draws 10.1 amps.
NSF requires units over 36" wide or over 80 lb. to be sealed to the counter or raised; the included 4" legs allow cleaning access underneath.
Pre-focused, metal-sheathed infrared elements direct heat to the outer edges of the holding surface, where heat loss is greatest.
The thermostatically controlled base adjusts from 100°F to 200°F, and the cool base construction keeps the outside of the base cool.
A stainless steel upper shelf adds a second display level for 1 full-size pan and 1 third-size pan or two 14" pizza pans, with a Center Heat control on dual shelf models.
Curved tempered glass and glass sides show the food under 6 shatter-resistant incandescent lights. The front glass tilts forward for cleaning.
Stainless steel is standard. Seven Designer colors are factory options, ordered at time of purchase.
Hatco lists 2 full-size pans on the bottom shelf and 1 full-size pan and 1 third-size pan or two 14" pizza pans on the top shelf.
120V, single phase. It draws 1210 watts and 10.1 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 6 ft. cord.
The heated base adjusts from 100°F to 200°F. Top heat and, on dual shelf models, center heat have their own controls.
This model has two sliding rear doors. Self-closing flip-up doors on the customer side and mirrored server-side doors are factory options.
Stainless steel is standard. Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green and Antique Copper are factory options. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco lists an 18-month limited warranty from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Bulbs and glass are excluded, and failures from lime buildup are not covered.
