A compact curved-glass warmer for impulse sales of wrapped or fresh hot food at the counter.
The Hatco Glo-Ray GRCMW-1DH is the dual shelf curved merchandising warmer, built for restaurants, hotels, convenience stores and grab-and-go markets. A tubular metal-sheathed infrared element heats from above and a thermostatically controlled heated base warms from below. The top shelf holds two half-size pans or one full-size pan, and the bottom shelf holds two half-size pans. A 5-cup water reservoir adds humidity to the bottom shelf. It plugs into 120V and draws 13.8 amps.
At 26" wide it fits on a standard counter; leave room at the control side for the cord.
A tubular metal-sheathed infrared element heats the food from above.
A thermostatically controlled heated base with a master rocker switch keeps food at serving temperature.
Curved glass with side glass enclosures shows the food, and a mirrored glass back panel adds depth to the display.
The top shelf holds two half-size pans or one full-size pan; the bottom holds two half-size pans. A lower front polycarbonate door and upper sneeze guard face the customer.
A 5-cup water reservoir adds humidity to the bottom shelf only, to help keep food moist.
Designer Black is standard. Six Designer colors and Swanstone simulated stone finishes are factory options.

120V, single phase. It draws 1660 watts and 13.8 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug. Canadian models use NEMA 5-20P.
The GRCMW-1DH reservoir holds 5 cups (1.18 liters). Humidity is on the bottom shelf only.
Yes. Hatco offers a top shelf flip-up door on the customer side in place of the sneeze guard, and top and bottom flip-up doors on the server side in place of the mirrored back panel.
Designer Black is standard. Warm Red, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green and Antique Copper, and Ash Gray, Birch or Ice Swanstone finishes are factory options. Non-standard colors are non-returnable.
Hatco includes 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada. Failures caused by liming or sediment buildup are not covered.
