Hatco HWB-FULDA Built-In Full-Size Heated Well, Uninsulated, Standard Watt, with Drain and Auto-Fill, 120/208/240V
A built-in full-size heated well that holds a 12" x 20" pan of hot food, wet or dry.
The Hatco HWB-FULDA is an uninsulated, standard-watt rectangular full-size heated well for one full-size pan or fractional pans with adapter bars. Its thermostat reads the actual well temperature and adds heat only when needed. It has a 3/4" NPT drain and an auto-fill that keeps the water at the right level. Order it for 120V, 208V or 240V, single phase.
Combustible countertops need Hatco's accessory mounting kit and a larger cutout.
The full-size well holds one full-size pan, two 1/2-size or three 1/3-size pans with adapter bars, or two 7 qt. or three 4 qt. round pans with an adapter top. Pans and adapters are sold separately.
The 3/4" NPT drain with flat drain screen empties the well quickly and keeps pans level.
The auto-fill fills and keeps the proper water level in the well automatically, with its own control box.
The thermostat reads the actual well temperature and adds heat only when needed.
Thicker stainless steel construction and solid brazed drain fitting joints; the well is uninsulated and can be top or bottom mounted.
Elements and thermostats are easy to reach for a quick change.

Yes. Hatco recommends wet operation for consistent heating. Do not let a wet well run dry or add water to a well running dry.
In a non-combustible counter, 12.625" to 12.94" wide by 20.625" to 20.94" deep. Combustible counters need the mounting kit and a 14" to 14.25" by 22" to 22.25" opening.
