A built-in full-size heated well that holds a 12" x 20" pan of hot food in your counter, wet or dry.
The Hatco HWBH-FULDA is an uninsulated full-size heated well. It holds one full-size pan, three 1/3-size or two 1/2-size pans with adapter bars, two 7-quart round pans or three 4-quart round pans with an adapter top, and runs wet or dry. The 1665W metal sheathed element sits in a stainless and aluminized steel housing, controlled by a remote auto-fill control box that fills the well and keeps the water level on a 36" flexible conduit. A 3/4" NPT drain with a flat screen makes emptying the water easy and keeps pans level.
Measure the cutout before ordering: the unit is voltage specific and its electrical needs are on the specification label.
The thermostat reads the actual temperature of the well and adds heat only when needed, so preset temperatures hold.
The auto-fill system fills the well when switched on and keeps the water at the sensor level during service.
Designed for wet or dry holding. Hatco recommends wet operation, with water up to 1-1/4" deep, for consistent food heating.
3/4" NPT drain with flat screen: Hatco calls it 50% larger, it simplifies cleaning and holds pans level.
Elements and thermostats are easy to reach for service; EZ locking hardware speeds up top-mount installation.
For a non-combustible countertop, cut 12.625" to 12.94" W x 20.625" to 20.94" D. A combustible countertop needs 14" to 14.25" W x 22" to 22.25" D and the Hatco mounting kit.
Choose one when you order: 120V 1665W 13.9A; 208V 1665W 8.0A; 240V 1665W 6.9A, all single phase. The well is voltage specific. It is hardwired.

The fill hole is at the front as standard. A left or right fill hole is a no-charge factory option chosen at time of purchase.
