Hatco HWBHIRT-FULD Full-Size Heated Well, UR Fabricator Component, Insulated, Thermostat Control, with Drain, 1650W, 120/208/240V
A full-size heated well component for fabricators who build their own steam tables, holding hot food in a pan set into the counter.
The Hatco HWBHIRT-FULD is a UL recognized (UR, C-UR) insulated full-size heated well sold as a fabricator component. It comes with a thermostat control with lit rocker switch and 36" capillary, but without conduit or a control box enclosure, so the fabricator builds the controls into the steam table and must obtain UL or other approvals for the finished unit. It is rated 1650W on 120/208/240V single phase and measures 13.68" W x 21.76" D x 10.26" H, with a 3/4" NPT drain.

Insulation on the sides and bottom keeps heat in the well and leaves surrounding surfaces cooler.
Elements and thermostats are easy to reach for service; EZ locking hardware speeds up top-mount installation.
For a non-combustible countertop, cut 12.75" to 12.94" W x 20.75" to 20.94" D. A combustible countertop needs 14" to 14.25" W x 22" to 22.25" D and the Hatco mounting kit.
Choose one when you order: 120V 1650W 13.8A; 208V 1650W 7.9A; 240V 1650W 6.9A, all single phase. The well is voltage specific. It is hardwired.
It holds one full-size pan, three 1/3-size or two 1/2-size pans with adapter bars, two 7-quart round pans or three 4-quart round pans with an adapter top. Pans, adapter bars and adapter tops are sold separately.
No. It has a 3/4" NPT drain fitting; Hatco sells 3/4" ball and gate valves and a remote drain handle as accessories.
The well is UL recognized as a component. It has no conduit or control box enclosure, and the fabricator must get UL or other approvals for the finished table.
Hatco lists 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts-only on heated well elements (metal sheathed), and 18 months on other components, from shipment or registration if later. Register within 90 days.
Yes. Square pan corners in place of the standard round corners are a factory option at time of purchase.
