The Hatco HWBI-11QTDA is an insulated drop-in round heated well for one 11-quart (10-liter) round pan. A self-adjusting thermostat watches the actual temperature and heats only when needed, with a temperature dial and lighted on/off rocker switch in a remote control box. It has a 3/4" NPT drain and an auto-fill that keeps the water level from a 1/4" NPT line. Order it in 120, 208 or 240V, single phase. The well works wet or dry.
The control box connects with a 36" flexible conduit as standard; a 72" conduit is an option at order.
The insulated stainless and aluminized steel well holds one 11-quart round pan and saves energy over an uninsulated well.
The thermostat monitors the actual temperature and controls the heat only when needed, with a separate lighted on/off rocker switch.
Hatco designs the well for wet or dry operation, so it can hold with or without water.
A 3/4" NPT drain fitting with a flat drain screen keeps the pan level and makes the well easy to empty.
The auto-fill feature fills and keeps the proper water level in the well automatically.
Heating elements and thermostats are easy to reach for service.
Order it in 120V (515 W, 4.3 A), 208V (551 W, 2.6 A) or 240V (615 W, 2.6 A), single phase. It connects through the conduit as standard; at 120V a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug can replace the conduit as an option.
In a non-combustible countertop, a 11-3/8" round hole. A combustible countertop needs Hatco's mounting kit and a 13" to 13-1/4" square cutout. The control box needs its own cutout.

A 1/4" NPT connection with 25 to 100 psi and supply water between 60°F and 110°F, installed with backflow protection.
Hatco's limited warranty lists heated well elements for the HW, HWB and HWBI series at 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Parts not listed carry Hatco's standard 18-month limited warranty. Register the unit with Hatco to avoid delays in warranty coverage.
